We believe in the effectiveness of our finance and other courses, and we are confident that you will see significant improvement in your understanding of finance after attending our classes. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a refund policy designed to address any challenges that may arise as you progress in your career.

Refund Eligibility

If, within the first 14 calendar days of course registration for our CFA or FRM courses, you find that you have not experienced the expected improvement in your understanding of the subject matter, you are eligible for a refund of the fees paid. Please note that a cancellation charge of ₹350 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process
  1. To initiate a refund request, please send a WhatsApp message to 9830497377 or drop an email to support@aswinibajajclasses.com.
  2. Provide the following details: your full name, contact information, course details, and a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.
  3. Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed.
  4. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that a cancellation charge of ₹350 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Conditions for Refund
  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of course registration or from the date your user ID is activated and provided to you, whichever is applicable.
  • You must have actively participated in the course.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the fees paid for the specific course in question.
  • The lectures, including any physical materials such as pen drives and books, must be returned in their original condition.
  • In case of any issue or damage, charges may be deducted. Please reach out to the coordinator for details regarding this.
Refund Methods
  • Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original account within 14 working days and will be reflected in the next statement.
  • Net Banking payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank account.
  • Other payment methods: Refunds will be processed via cheque, made in favor of the "billing name" provided during course enrollment.

Credit card charges or processing fees associated with the initial transaction are non-refundable.

Payments made from foreign countries may be subject to delays due to differences in banking systems, operational processes, and time zones. For international refunds, we recommend providing an Indian bank account for quicker processing, as foreign refunds may experience additional delays.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for non-participation or lack of engagement in the course.

In the event of inappropriate behavior or misconduct towards the instructor or team, access to the course may be revoked, and communication may be restricted or blocked.
