Access and Use of Content

Access to Course Content and Refund Policy

Upon registration for our courses, you will gain access to recorded lectures for the respective exam term. This access is valid for one year from the date of registration or until the exam term, whichever is earlier. Our Refund Policy is subject to conditions, and once access is granted, refunds for certain courses will follow this policy.

Cancellation of Classes

Any attempt to sell, misuse, or distribute the lectures without authorization will result in the immediate termination of access privileges. Your user ID will be blocked, and legal action, including notification to authorities such as the CFA/FRM Institute or other regulatory bodies, will be taken. These actions will be treated as criminal offenses and copyright violations, and legal cases will be filed under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aswini Bajaj & Leveraged Growth Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from such misuse.

Technology Requirements

Users are provided with one-device access only and must ensure that their devices meet the minimum system requirements:

For Windows: Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 or above, 8 GB RAM or above, Windows 10 (64-bit) or above.
For Android: Version 9 or above, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM or above.
For MacBook: macOS version 13 or above.
For iOS: iPhone 8 or above, iOS version 15 or above.

- Online Streaming: Seamlessly stream lectures online.
- In-App Downloads: Download lectures directly in our App for offline viewing.
Note: Google Drive and Pen drive options are not available for iPhone and iPad users.

Multiple Monitors/Screens are not compatible with the software
Devices banned by OS companies (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Apple, Huawei) or OS Linux (e.g., Ubuntu) are not supported.

Users must stay updated with technology to maintain compatibility. Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth reserves the right to update software as needed for compliance with third-party OS updates.

Extensions

Extensions for course validity may be granted in exceptional cases, subject to approval. Users must provide valid registration proof and reasons for requesting extensions. Courses purchased more than three years ago may not be eligible for extensions.

Limitations of Liability

Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth is not liable for delays, interruptions, transmission errors, equipment or software incompatibilities, or other performance failures. Commercial use of the site or its content is prohibited.

Content Changes and Website Discontinuation

Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth reserves the right to change, suspend access to, or remove content at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue the Website/App temporarily or permanently. The syllabus is subject to change to ensure that you receive the most comprehensive education possible. Any such adjustments will be communicated where necessary.

Materials

In case of a printing or packaging error, notify us immediately. For any delivery issues, record the unboxing process to resolve any discrepancies within 48 hours. In the absence of this proof or after 48 hours, you may need to pay for missing items.

Pathway Selection for CFA Level 3

Pathway changes after selection will incur additional charges. No refunds will be provided for the initial pathway, and all additional charges for changing pathways are non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All content on the site is provided "as is," without warranties, express or implied. Aswini Bajaj Classes/Leveraged Growth makes no warranties that the site will be error-free or free of viruses or harmful code.

Indemnification
