Refund Policy

We, Aswini Bajaj and team are committed to providing the highest quality of training to our students globally through Android/Windows/ MacBooks/iOS devices. We believe in the effectiveness of our finance courses and are confident that you will see significant improvement in your understanding of finance after attending our classes. In line with this commitment, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. 

Refund Eligibility:

If, within the first 14 days of course registration for our CFA or FRM courses, you find that you have not experienced the expected improvement in your understanding of the subject matter, you are eligible for a full refund of the fees paid. Please note that a cancellation charge of ₹350 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a refund request, please send an email to aswinibajaj1@gmail.com.
  2. In the email, include your full name, contact information, course details, and a brief explanation of why you believe the course did not meet your expectations.
  3. Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed.
  4. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that a cancellation charge of ₹350 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions for Refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of course registration or from the date your user ID is activated and provided to you, whichever is applicable.
  • You must have actively participated in the course.
  • Refunds are only applicable to the fees paid for the specific course in question.
  • The lectures, including any physical materials such as pen drives and books, must be returned in their original condition.

Refund Methods:

Enrolments paid by Credit/Debit Card will be refunded by credit back to the Bank account within 14 working days, and the refund will be reflected in the next statement.

Enrolments paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.

For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of enrolling for the lectures.

Credit card charges or processing fees associated with the initial transaction shall not be eligible for refund.

Payments made from foreign countries may be subject to processing delays due to differences in banking systems, operational processes, and time zones.

In case of a refund to students residing outside India, we recommend providing an Indian bank account for the refund process. This approach facilitates a smoother and quicker refund process

Exceptions:

Refunds will not be granted for non-participation or lack of engagement in the course.

In the event of any inappropriate behavior or misconduct towards the teacher or the team, access may be revoked. Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict or block any communications.
