His enthusiasm, passion, and dedication motivate his subordinates to leverage their growth.His virtue of connecting the dots is what I aspire to inculcate. Aswini Sir has been an inspirational mentor to me and during my time with him, I grew as a student, a professional, and as a balanced person. I have seen many achievers but not an overachiever like Aswini Bajaj. Focused, driven, passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious are words which fall short to describe Aswini Sir. It’s been almost a month since I am attending aswini sir’s class. His teaching methods and explanation is so enthralling and helpful . He is really professional as a a teacher and with his course in hand he explains the theories so well and in an adaptable manner that it is really relatable. He is more than just a trainer, he is a mentor who will guide you through all your career decisions and always motivate you to invest in yourself. The immense amount of knowledge and experience he holds at such a young age reflects in his humble and down to earth personality. He is an inspiration in true sense for the youth of our generation. He walked into the room and everyone in the room was spellbound when they saw the amount of knowledge he holds. It was in year 2014 when I saw him for the first time. In the year 2017, I decided to pursue CFA and the moment I thought about it, the first name which striked my mind was ‘Aswini Bajaj.’ I went to him to talk regarding the course and the content and was again impressed by the way he explained me everything. I had decided that I will be pursuing CFA under the guidance of Aswini Sir. After two or three months I asked him whether he can keep me as his intern and he instantly said Yes. Although I had no knowledge about the work, he still agreed to keep me as his intern. That day I realized that he just does not believe in self development but wants people associated with him to also grow and evolve. Although I made mistake and still do, he never shouts or gets angry. Instead he always helps me and others to learn new things and helps us in solving the issues. He believes in “Don’t find a fault, find a remedy.” I still have a lot to learn from him but whatever he has taught me is a life lesson for me. He has not just given me educational guidance but also how to see life and how to be happy. He has taught me that you don’t need anybody to be happy. Happiness lies within you. There are a very few people whom I respect from my heart. Aswini Sir is one of them. I hope he achieves whatever he wants and I am sure his hard work and determination will help him do it.

I got introduced to Aswini sir with his Quants videos on youtube for FRM Part I and eventually subscribed to Part II video lectures. I am a CA by profession - but attending Aswini Sir's lectures gives you a brilliant perspective towards the world of financial statistics.
What stands out with Aswini Sir is his honest intent of investing into the overall developments of his students and not just focus on examinations. He looks to develop the mindset of 'Invest in yourself' and looks at examinations as a stepping stone. He encourages students to be well read, disciplined, sharp and pro-active - which I believe are stand out qualities of a good professional.

I would highly recommend taking up Aswini Sir as a mentor in the courses which he offers.

Aswini sir is a mentor in it's truest sense. He does not teach but imparts knowledge. Apart from teaching , he focuses on more important aspects like working hard to achieve long-term results rather than just superficial short term benefits. Along with teaching he recommends his students different business books to read, different theories to explore and what not. The value creation that happens in his class is something that nobody should miss.

Aswini Bajaj held a workshop on Finance for non-finance for a team which I happened to attend. Young ,dynamic and pulsating with an ' infectious' passion for Finance and markets, he effortlessly rubs it on to people around him.

Aswini is one of the best trainers I have seen till date. His has strong subject matter expertise in Excel and Finance. Being a young trainer he seamlessly manages participants of all age groups. I strongly recommend him for excel and finance training. You can depend on him.
