As the original purchaser of content from Aswini Bajaj Classes, you are granted the right to access and use the content identified in the course, available on the Aswini Bajaj Classes website at classes.aswinibajaj.com ("Website"). To gain access, enrollment with Aswini Bajaj Classes and the creation of a unique password is required.

Upon registration, Aswini Bajaj Classes grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable personal license to access and use the purchased content via an online/offline reader.

Access to Course Content and Refund Policy

Access to Recorded Lectures: Upon registration for our courses, you will gain access to recorded lectures covering over 95% of the syllabus for the respective year. This access will be provided for a period of one year from the date of registration.

Refund Policy: Once access to the course content is granted, we do not entertain any requests for refunds, regardless of circumstances. To know in detail kindly refer to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation of Classes: Any attempt to sell or misuse the lectures, whether through unauthorized distribution or otherwise, will result in immediate termination of your access privileges. Furthermore, your ID will be promptly blocked, and appropriate action, including notification to the CFA/FRM institute, will be taken.

Technology Requirements

Our App is compatible with Windows Laptop/Desktop, Android Mobile/Tablet, and MacBook. Users must meet the below requirements on their devices to ensure compatibility with our technology

• For Windows: A minimum processor of Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 or above, RAM 8 GB or above, Windows version 10 or above, and OS 64 bits. 
• For Android: A minimum of Android version 9 or above, RAM 6 GB or above, ROM 128 GB or above. 
• For MacBook : A minimum of MacOS version 12.6 or above.

Users are obligated to keep their technology up-to-date to match the minimum requirements specified by the Platform or otherwise. Failure to do so may impact the functionality and experience of the services.

Please note:

• IPhones & IPads are not compatible
• Devices which are banned by OS companies like Microsoft, Google, Apple will not work (e.g. Huawei)
• OS linux (Ubuntu) is not supported
• Multiple Monitors are not allowed

Extensions

• Users seeking an extension until they pass must provide documented proof of ongoing results or performance.
• Users are required to provide valid registration proof for enrollment and participation in Platform services.
• The course validity can only be extended if you've purchased it within 3 years. Otherwise, you need to repurchase the course.
• Extensions may be considered in exceptional cases, subject to approval. Users seeking an extension must provide valid reasons, and the decision to grant an extension rests solely with the Platform.
• In order to support the extensions of classes provided, users have to stay updated with the technology.
• In cases where an extension is granted, only soft copies of study material and related content will be provided. Hard copies or pen drives will not be issued for extended periods.

Limitations of Liability

Aswini Bajaj Classes is not liable for delays, interruptions, transmission errors, equipment or software incompatibilities, force majeure, or other performance failures. While reasonable efforts will be made to correct performance failures, Aswini Bajaj Classes is not obligated to make changes to equipment or software for compatibility. Commercial use of the site or its content is prohibited. Automated systems for site access are not allowed.

Content Changes and Website Discontinuation

Aswini Bajaj Classes reserves the right to change, suspend access to, or remove any or all of the content on the Website at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Aswini Bajaj Classes also reserves the right to discontinue the Website at any time, either temporarily or permanently.

Please be aware that the syllabus is subject to change, and as we continuously strive to enhance your learning experience by adding more practice lectures and content, there may be an increase in the number of hours required to complete the course. This adjustment is made to ensure that you receive the most up-to-date and comprehensive education possible. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work together to adapt to these changes.

Materials

In the event of a printing error or similar discrepancy, we kindly request that you notify us promptly. Upon receiving notification of such an error, we commit to investigating the issue. Upon receiving such notification, we commit to addressing and rectifying the mistake, & we shall get back to you within 30 business days.

When we send your package, if you enter the OTP upon receiving it, you can't say later that you didn't get the package. Make sure to make a video when you open your package to check you got the pen drive and study materials. This helps if anything's missing, so we can show the courier and fix any problems. If you don't do this, we can't send you another package.
